- New gas-fired, DX high efficiency HVAC system with Kitchen make-up air and exhaust.
- New web-based, non-proprietary HVAC DDC system.
- New full-coverage fire protection system.
- New high efficiency domestic water heaters.
- Design for (2) on site 1,000 gallon propane tanks for heating and cooking needs.
- New cold and hot water plumbing systems.
