November 2016 – Schiller and Hersh is proud to have been on the design team with Spiezle Architectural Group for this project which was completed in August of 2015. The design team along with the project contractor, Baver, Inc. is the recipient of the 2016 Green Build Award of Merit Construction Awards of Excellence from the Associated Builders and Contractors, Inc. Eastern Pennsylvania Chapter.
The project achieved LEED Silver Certification.
