Mechanical /Electrical and Fire Protection Engineer: Schiller and Hersh Associates, Inc.

General Physical Characteristics – Design of the renovation and replacement of the mechanical and electrical systems for the three historic buildings:

  • New heating, ventilating and air conditioning systems with ductwork and equipment concealed in basement, attic and above ceiling
  • New gas service
  • New handicap toilet rooms
  • New piping
  • New power distribution
  • New indoor and outdoor lighting.
  • New electric service

Construction Value: $ 4,800,000 of which $1,950,000 was for the MEP work
